Lewis leads the way for PCS as Lead Agronomist. He provides our team and customers a wealth of agronomic knowledge along with proven field results. One his main objectives is developing tools and services for our growers that allow them to utilize their own farm data and knowledge to improve each acres. Lewis grew up on a farm in northwest Ohio and has experience with corn, soybeans, wheat, hay, vegetable crops, and more. He received his bachelors degree from The Ohio State University and enjoys using his knowledge and experience to help other farmers succeed.

Joe Reile

Data Operations Manager

Joe is in charge of the daily operations of our Data Team at PCS. He and his team coordinate with the account managers on needs for data management and data analysis. In addition Joe manages a set of customers and helps service other growers in the wyandot county area. Joe grew up around the family farm and his dad's seed business of over 45 years. Although he originally thought he wanted to try something outside of ag, later realized his passion for Ag and wanted to help carry on the family farm and seed business. He received his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Management from The Ohio State University in 2017 and has been with the PCS team since coming for an internship. He lives in Upper Sandusky, with his wife Shannon and their Son Jett. Joe is a huge sports fan and always rooting on Ohio State and the Cleveland Guardians.

As Customer Success Manager Tom leads our sales team in making sure that customer satisfaction is being met to the highest level. In addition he leads and trains new account managers in building quality relationships. He grew up on a row crop grain farm and has been involved with the family farm his entire life. In high school he was a member of FFA then went on to receive a Bachelors of science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University. Before coming to PCS Tom worked at an equipment dealership. Tom and and his wife Amanda have two children, a son Jackson and daughter Maggie that work together maintaining their 6th generation farm. HIs hobbies include helping their kids show pigs competitively and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Josh has been with PCS since 2019 as an Customer Account Manager. His role as account manager gives him daily interaction with growers working to improve their operation. Through work on fertility, basic & in depth agronomic practices, seeding recommendations, and more He gives his growers a sound relationship to rely on him and PCS. In addition Josh helps out in additional roles such as soil sampling when needed to help the PCS team. Growing up Josh followed his grandpa and uncles around the farm and started helping out more and more as time went on. He is still very active in the family crop farm today. Josh attended OSU ATI and received his Associates Degree then went on to get his Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University. In his free time he enjoys hunting and spending time with friends.

As an account manager Garrett works as a crop and technology consultant for his growers to plan for each growing season. He focuses on solutions that are agronomic as well as economical to provide the best results for growers. He started helping his grandpa on the farm when he was young and instantly knew he somehow wanted to be involved in agriculture. "It's a passion of mine and a way of life that I wouldn't trade for anything" He was a member of FFA a Fremont Ross High School and went on to Terra State earning an associates degree in Agribusiness Management in 2018. He lives and farms in Sandusky county with his fiance Paige and their dog Zoey. He continues to farm taking over for his grandpa's farm as the 4th generation. Outside of work Garrett is a member of the Lindsey Volunteer Fire Department and volunteers at the Sandusky and Seneca County Jr Fair Livestock sales. In his free time he enjoys camping, golfing, and watching Ohio State Football.

As a team member at PCS Austin splits time between helping in the office on various tasks as well as the shop where he helps maintain sampling units. He also spend time in the fields sampling and scouting crop. Austin has been involved in Agriculture his whole life and enjoys all aspects Ag from the equipment to the agronomy. Growing up he spent a lot of time farming with his Dad and grandpa and still farms alongside his dad today. He was a 4 Year FFA Member and went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Business Management at the University of Toledo. In addition to being a valuable member of the PCS team in his spare time Austin enjoys restoring vehicles and other mechanical projects.

Alexis has enjoyed being around Agriculture involved with her family's farm in Wood county all of her life. In high school as an officer in FFA she became more interested to pursue a job in agriculture. She attended The University of Northwestern Ohio and received an Associates Degree in Ag Business/ Management Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business. As a Data Technician at PCS her daily task include work in our agronomic database system preparing acres for soil sampling, record keeping, assistance with data analysis, and soil sampling. Outside of work Alexis has competed in Barrel racing since she was 10 years old.

Taylor Baxter (Rall)

Government Program Coordinator

As the Government Program Coordinator, Taylor understands each of our growers' operations and helps them determine what government program would work best for them. She works directly with the government offices like Soil and Water Conservation Districts, ODA, and NRCS on programs like H2Ohio and EQIP. Taylor also assists our growers in organizing and submitting information they need for each government program they may choose to enroll in. Taylor and her husband Nick reside in Richland county with their dogs Cash and Koda. They also farm row crops and hay in Crawford and Huron County. She is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shelby Ohio where she plays guitar in the choir and coaches the girls' basketball team in the winter. Before joining PCS, Taylor worked at Hancock SWCD after going to The Ohio State University where she received her associate's degree in agronomy.

Business Manager

Kevin oversees the daily operations at Progressive Crop Solutions (PCS). Since joining the PCS team in July 2022, his leadership and expertise have ensured our team delivers exceptional service while achieving new milestones to better support our customers.
With over 20 years of experience in agriculture, Kevin’s journey has included pivotal roles such as Integrated Solutions Manager at John Deere dealerships and Director of Technology at Heritage Cooperative. His extensive knowledge stems from a lifelong passion for agriculture, which began on his grandfather and uncle's farm, and was nurtured through involvement in 4-H and FFA, where he earned the prestigious American FFA Degree.
Today, Kevin continues his agricultural legacy by farming corn and soybeans with his family in Wyandot County. He is deeply committed to helping farmers achieve long-term, sustainable success and prides himself on delivering exceptional customer service.
When he’s not at work, Kevin enjoys the outdoors with his wife, Hannah, and their two children, Dale and Nicole. Whether hunting, playing sports, or cheering for the OSU Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers, Kevin cherishes quality time with his family. He is also an active member of Trinity United Church of Christ and Wyandot County Pheasants Forever.
Kevin holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in John Deere Ag Sales from Lakeland College, earned in 2003.

Alex is has been working in Agriculture over 12 years since graduating from The Ohio State University. He is an active behind the scene member of the PCS team as Lead Field Service Tech. Among many other task, he and his team make sure that our soil sampling units are serviced up and ready to hit the field. When he's not at work Alex can be found boating and fishing on Lake Erie or spending time with his coonhound golden retriever.

Data Technician

As a member of the data team at PCS Treg collects, analyzes, cleans, and manages client data. In addition he assist with writing, delivering, and loading prescription (Rx) files for our customers. He also assist with agronomy support such as field scouting and soil sampling. He was born and raised on the family farm and enjoys the opportunities and challenges the ag industry offers. Treg graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Ag Systems Management. In his spare time Treg can be found cheering on Ohio State or the Cleveland Browns. He also enjoys powerlifting, hiking, and working on a classic car project. Before coming to PCS he worked with Findlay Implement Co in ISG for 3 years and 1 1/2 years as a Precision Technology Specialist.

Morgan Price has been serving as a Customer Account Manager at PCS since May of 2024. In this role, he works closely with growers on a daily basis, helping them optimize their operations through expert guidance on agronomic practices such as fertility management, seeding recommendations, and more. His focus is on building strong, dependable relationships with both his growers and PCS. Additionally, Morgan contributes to the team by assisting with soil sampling, scouting, and data management as needed. Morgan grew up on a livestock and grain farm, where his family was deeply involved in raising commercial hogs and showing livestock competitively. He pursued a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from The Ohio State University to support both the family grain farm and other farmers. Outside of his work at PCS, Morgan and his family manage Price Livestock, specializing in selling competitive show pigs nationwide. In his free time, he enjoys working on the family grain farm and traveling across the country, observing livestock and crops.

Agronomist

Levi joins the PCS team as an Agronomist with the goal of helping our growers make the best agronomic decisions while maintaining soil fertility by using their farm data. He has a variety of knowledge in addition to his experiences learned serving in the Marine Crops for 4 years following high school. He also received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University, where he also worked under Shawn Castell Studying Soybeans for 2 years as an undergrad research assistant. Levi resides in a little town in Lawrence county Indiana with his wife, child, and two dogs. During his downtime he loves being outdoors or helping out where he can on a hog and cattle operation where he started his love for agriculture at 10 years old.
