We are searching for an experienced individual looking to join our progressive service team. This agronomist position will be an active part of the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s activities with a focus on crop production. The successful candidate will work closely with the entire PCS team, reviewing day-to-day services to maintain our high level of customer service. In addition, this individual will work with the sales agronomist team to review customer requests and our data analysis results to consult growers with high end recommendations. This position will also work closely with our Lead Agronomist to observe historical practices, research, and observations throughout the farming communities to ensure that farmers have access to all available crop information.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the agronomy team to provide continuing education throughout the growing season, utilizing historical knowledge and data to develop successful customer recommendations.
- Monitor crop growth and distribute findings to the PCS team.
- Use computer forecasting models to make lead observations for our customers.
- Assist in reviewing customer analysis and data with sales agronomist and growers in order to adjust plans for future production.
- Conduct field research to determine the best ways to use fertilizer, pesticides, livestock manure, and herbicides.
- Work with third party partners to continually review processes and technologies to improve evaluation of agricultural sciences.
- Evaluate soil and crop samples.
- Educate new employees and farm customers on methods of farming.
